With the world evolving so fast, man has to find inspiration from everything around him. There is so much to draw from the past and the diorcruise gas taken time to appreciate this. The 2016 collection is inspired by the rich culture. The diorcruise is luxurious featuring a rich blend of the earth, sea and sky. This is just an amazing move from the Raf Simons.The greatest part being that it was set in the south of France at the Pierre Cardin Bubble palace. The great beauty of the French Riviera is breathtaking and anyone would die for that. The show being set near a modern day French museum, Maeght foundation, was just mind blowing for any art lover out there.
The collection brought back to life the simple old fashion in a great look. Featuring checked print and the elegant bags that remind us the greatness of Dior as a brand. The event was elegant and the guests were treated to petanque, a French bowling game. How we all wish we could get there.
