It is never too late to Yoga.
What’s that saying? ah yes! Better late than never.I recently visited Mykonos for some much-needed rest. This beautiful Greek island is part of Cyclades islands which includes Santorini and Mykonos and lies between the larger landmasses of Tinos and Naxos.
For the final minutes that I was there, my instincts led me to try out yoga which was the first time to do it properly in my life. At first it was apparent that I wasn’t going to pull it off, guess what? I was totally right. It’s not a piece of cake like I always thought it would be. However on a positive note, I realized some yoga poses I could do very well that being said it was still not easy and yoga kicked my butt big times but no matter how hard it was I would most definitely do it again. Anyone out there who wanted to try it I say go for it. You have to try everything once (not everything)As much as yoga relieved by body and senses, still the most memorable part of taking yoga in Mykonos was the excellent view of the island spreading across the horizon. We performed it while sat on top of a flat Greek building roof, from where you could see the entire island at a glance. It was so beautiful that I could not get enough of this view, and to sum it up there was the panoramic sunset which marked the end of my well-spent day. More on how to stay healthy and what to eat.
